Welcome to Chattanooga Dumpster Connect. By accessing or using https://chattdumpsterconnect.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we are (and aren't)

Chattanooga Dumpster Connect is an independent quote-matching and referral service. We are not a waste hauler, and we do not own, operate, deliver, or pick up dumpsters. When you submit a quote request, we forward it to third-party dumpster rental companies ("Haulers") who may contact you and quote your job.

2. Your rental is with the Hauler

Any rental agreement you enter is solely between you and the Hauler. The Hauler — not us — is responsible for pricing, delivery, pickup, container condition, weight limits, permitted materials, fees, and all other terms of the rental. Review the Hauler's terms before booking.

3. No guarantee of quotes or pricing

We work to match every request with vetted Haulers, but we do not guarantee that any Hauler will respond, quote, or accept your job, or that quoted prices will match ranges shown on the Site. Price ranges on the Site are informational estimates for the Chattanooga market, not offers.

4. Consent to be contacted

By submitting a quote request, you consent to being contacted by us and by matched Haulers about your request by phone, email, or text message. You represent that the contact information you provide is your own and is accurate.

5. Vetting disclaimer

We screen the Haulers in our network in good faith (e.g., checking insurance documentation and reviews), but we make no warranty regarding any Hauler's performance, licensure, insurance status at any given time, or fitness for your particular job.

6. Informational content

Content on the Site — including size guides, price ranges, permit information, and blog posts — is provided for general information only and may become outdated. It is not legal, engineering, or professional advice. Confirm permit requirements with your local government and rental terms with your Hauler.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or misleading quote requests, scrape or harvest data from the Site, interfere with the Site's operation, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, and branding are owned by Chattanooga Dumpster Connect and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATTANOOGA DUMPSTER CONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY HAULER, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY RENTAL ARRANGED THROUGH IT.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
